I’m a freelance investigative journalist living and working in London. I work across print, online and television.

I’ve been published in the  Guardian, the Observer, BBC, the Independent, Buzzfeed, Vice UK, Open Democracy, the Justice Gap, etc and have made films for Vice UK and Al Jazeera and radio documentaries for Reveal and the BBC.

I have won the Bar Council’s Legal Reporting Award and been nominated for the Orwell Prize, the British Journalism Awards, the One World Media Awards and two Amnesty International Media Awards.

Previously I have lived, worked and studied in Costa Rica, Chile, Spain and Barbados.

I also work part-time as a Senior Investigator for Greenpeace UK. My research there has gone on to feature in the New York Times, the Guardian, the Sunday Times, the Telegraph, Buzzfeed and Le Monde among others. I never report on environmental issues in my freelancer capacity in order to keep this work clearly separate.
